Make sure to choose the product and size that suits you. If you do not know the size or product that suits you, you can contact our customer service on WhatsApp and you will be assisted.


• Products are not exchangeable.

But you can return it and re-order again.

Within a period not exceeding three days from receiving the product.


Product return terms:

• It must not have been used.

• The product has a clear defect that requires its return.

• The product must be in the same condition it was received in, with its full packaging.


*The product cannot be returned if you do not have sufficient information about it mentioned in the product description, whether in terms of quality, size or color.

You bear full responsibility for reviewing product information.


Shipping information:

After completing your order, it will be prepared within two to three days.

*Preparation days may decrease or increase depending on the pressure of orders on the store*

Then it is shipped and the shipping period takes from 7-15 days.

Shipping time may reach 25 days depending on the pressure on shipping companies.

Shipping fees are unified for all countries.

Our shipping companies are different.

On the payment page, there is a single shipping company option because the fees are uniform.

All your shipments are delivered to your door with all the shipping companies we deal with.


Cancel orders:

If your order is delayed with the shipping company and the store pays additional fees to return or expedite shipping, the customer is not entitled to request to cancel the order.

If we start producing and manufacturing the requested piece, the customer does not have the right to cancel the order, given that each order is manufactured specifically for the customer.


Your order from the store constitutes full approval of the store's policy.
